We take responsibility to educate our clients on the various business compliance requirements when starting a business, along with strategic planning to ensure the business can survive the start-up phase. Starting a business is very time consuming and often times chaotic. Our start-up experience allows our clients to focus on their business plan. We assist our clients in preparing financial projections, analyzing cash flow, obtaining bank financing, raising start-up capital, obtaining business insurance, setting up corporate bank accounts, registering for sales tax, paying quarterly income taxes and obtaining Federal ID numbers.
